FLOORING
Our very solid floor is made of 3/4 inch plywood on 16 inch center floor joists, NO OSB or WAFERBOARD. Our floor joists, and skids, are made of pressure treated wood!
SKIDS
Pressure treated 4″x4″ skids are used for strength and ground clearance.
DOOR
Our standard door is 36″ wide and over 6′ tall. Large enough for garden tools, dirt bikes, tack, and general storage. Heavy duty, stylish, polished black hinges and latches give the door years of solid dependability.
SIDING
The Composition siding is 3/8″ SmartSide siding. It is OSB construction, not particle board or presswood. This siding comes primed and ready to paint. Trim is included.
Optional Siding and Trim (additional charges apply)
T1-11 siding is 5/8″ real wood siding. We spray this siding with a wood preservative giving it a beautiful natural look. There’s no need to paint. When you choose T1-11 siding we use real wood trim.
