When you place an order with us we get started right away by ordering the materials for your Durabuilt Storage Barn. We require a 20% deposit at this time to cover the cost associated with this. We will not be able to return these items once ordered which makes the deposit non-refundable. The full cost of the Storage Barn is due, and non-refundable, at the time of completion at your site.
